Role Overview: Support warehouse operations within a third-party logistics environment, focusing on training, overseeing, and assisting with order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, and returns. Responsible for ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency in daily tasks, including supervising shipping activities and managing inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Train warehouse associates on duties, responsibilities, and equipment safety according to SOPs.
• Assist with order processing, receiving, stocking, and returns, possibly using RF devices.
• Oversee shipping operations such as UPS, emergency orders, and deliveries.
• Provide tactical guidance, manage daily workloads, and recommend workflow efficiencies.
• Manage inventory levels and utilize motorized equipment like forklifts and reach trucks.
• Supervise department activities, assign work, coordinate staffing, and address associate concerns.
• Utilize computer systems for operations and reporting, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory policies.
• Perform related duties as needed to support warehouse functions.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 2+ years of work experience.
