Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for Saturday and Sunday shifts (5:00am–1:30pm) to support outbound e-commerce operations by picking, verifying, packing, and shipping orders using RF devices.

You will read stage plans and SOPs, transfer items to staging areas, and operate forklifts or pallet jacks safely.

Strong attention to detail, good teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions are essential; a high school diploma and 2 years’ related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years' related experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper packing and labeling of items.
• Load items safely onto equipment and move to staging areas.
• Read stage plans and SOPs; use RF devices for picking.
• Inspect items and pallet manifests for accuracy.
• Participate in safety training and 5S practices.
• Assist in root-cause analysis of shipping discrepancies.
