Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional II in Holden, MA. The role includes weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) with a base pay of $20.50–$24.50 per hour and a $1 differential for MAP-certified staff.

Sleep hours are paid at $17.50/hour, with comprehensive benefits for eligible staff. Direct Support Professionals provide day-to-day support to participants with intellectual or developmental disabilities, assisting with personal care, daily living tasks, and community

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED/HiSET required.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or class D.
• 1–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day services to program participants, assisting with personal care such as bathing, toileting and hygiene; help individuals look and feel their best.
• Assist with household maintenance, meal preparation and shopping, enabling individuals to take increasing control of daily life.
• Administer medications or support self-medication following residential guidelines.
• Accompany individuals to appointments when needed.
• Follow routines outlined in Behavior Support Plans and related therapies.
