Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation in West Wareham, MA is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional II to provide compassionate daily living support for individuals with disabilities, including personal care and community participation. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour with a $1 differential for MAP certified staff; asleep hours pay $17.50.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Standard driver's license – class C or class D.
• 1–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day services to program participants including personal care and daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, and meal prep.
• Assist with household maintenance, shopping, and transportation as needed.
• Administer medications or assist with self-medication according to guidelines.
