Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation in Andover, MA is seeking a Direct Support Professional II for regular part-time weekend shifts. You will provide daily support in a residential setting, helping individuals build independence and participate in community activities.

Starting pay is $20.50 per hour with location-based differentials; additional $1-$4 for Cape/Martha’s Vineyard programs. Sleep hours paid at $17.50/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/HiSET.
• Active US driver's license issued from your state of residence.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Providedaily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Help individuals build independence byteaching life skills at home and in the community.
• Follow and implementIndividual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist withpersonal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals incommunity activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Accompany individuals to appointments and ensure overallhealth and well-being.
• Maintain accuratedocumentation and data collection to track progress and outcomes.
• Take a leadership role bytraining and mentoring other staff.
• Assist with budgeting, shopping, and managing personal funds.
• Build strong, positive relationships withfamilies, guardians, and team members.
• Help maintain aclean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
• Ability to support individuals with daily living activities
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to treating all individuals with dignity and respect
