The Executive Chef role at Constellation Culinary Group leads food production for a full-service café, grab-and-go kiosk, group dining, and internal client catering. The position supports weekend-driven operations with flexible scheduling and collaboration across diverse service settings.

Key duties include upholding quality standards, recipe development, and event planning. The ideal candidate has ≥3 years of culinary progression, strong budgeting skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• At least three years of progressive culinary experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
• Experience with budget statements.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
• Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
• Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
