St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking a Downtown Concierge at our Cleveland downtown location. Part-time role with weekend shifts:Saturday-Sunday various hours. The position requires a clean background, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license where preferred.

You will provide security and concierge services, greet clients, write concise incident reports, and communicate effectively with customers and team members. Benefits and a supportive team environment are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of professional-level work experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid security registration/permit/license as required by the state.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test as required.
• Ability to provide reliable transportation or use public transit.
• Ability to write effective, concise reports.
• Strong customer service orientation and de-escalation skills.
• Strong communication, judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide Downtown Concierge security and customer service at Cleveland location.
• Interact professionally with clients and staff; de-escalate situations.
• Prepare clear, timely reports and maintain documentation.
• Follow company policies and security procedures.
• Support on-site operations during assigned shifts.
