St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking a Downtown Concierge at our Cleveland downtown location. Part-time role with weekend shifts:Saturday-Sunday various hours. The position requires a clean background, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license where preferred.

You will provide security and concierge services, greet clients, write concise incident reports, and communicate effectively with customers and team members. Benefits and a supportive team environment are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of professional-level work experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid security registration/permit/license as required by the state.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test as required.
• Ability to provide reliable transportation or use public transit.
• Ability to write effective, concise reports.
• Strong customer service orientation and de-escalation skills.

Job Title: Downtown Concierge

Location: Cleveland - downtown

Schedule: Position 1 :Saturday-Sunday 7:00 am- 3:00 pm

Position 2 : Saturday 8:00am-1:00pm & Sunday 3:00pm-11:00pm

Pay: $15.30 per hour

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Must have reliable transportation.
• A valid driver's license is strongly preferred.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.

• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test where required by the Company or client. Some clients require additional background screening, testing, and procedures.
• Ability to provide reliable transportation (or access public transportation) to consistently get to and from work on time is required.
• Ability to write effective, concise, and legible reports.
• Demonstrated ability to be very customer service oriented, with the ability to professionally interact with all levels of individuals in a courteous manner, and to de-escalate situations before they become hostile or unsafe.
• Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines.
• Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to successfully interact at all levels within the organization, including with clients, while functioning as a team player.
