St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for the Solon, OH area.

This part-time weekend role (Saturday-Sunday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm) offers the opportunity to contribute to a company with 43 years in the industry. You will conduct patrols, monitor for hazards, respond to incidents, and produce detailed reports while providing professional customer service to visitors, employees, and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong written communication skills for report writing.
• Ability to remain professional and use sound judgment in stressful situations.
• Strong customer service and de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols (walking, vehicle, golf cart, or bicycle).
• Monitor and identify security risks, hazards, and emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies according to company policies and post orders.
• Write detailed incident and activity reports.
• Provide customer service and interact professionally with visitors, employees, and clients.
• Perform site-specific security functions such as: Lobby/reception security.
• Visitor management
• Elevator and access control monitoring
• Follow company procedures, attendance requirements, and grooming standards.
• Participate in required training and orientation programs.

Location: Solon, OH

Schedule: Saturday-Sunday 7:00 am- 3:00 pm

Pay: $16.00 per hour
