Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, dock, yard, or transportation environment.
• Ability to coordinate dock or yard activities in a fast-paced operation.
• Knowledge of trailer docking and trailer anatomy.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for loading and unloading dock activities, coordinating trailer movements to support daily priorities.
• Manage and sequence trailer docking, release, and yard flow, ensuring safety standards are met.
• Monitor dock conditions and stop unsafe work, escalating as needed.
• Collaborate with site operations, transportation, and customer teams to prioritize tasks.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders to maintain customer service.
