Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of related supervisory experience or training.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
• Experience with ICIM and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily loading dock operations, ensuring trucks are loaded and unloaded completely, accurately, and on schedule while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Provide direction, coaching, and development opportunities for associates, helping build a high-performing team.
• Prioritize work, make timely operational decisions, and address challenges that impact productivity or customer service.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records, including department audits, corrective actions, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate product flow and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve quality concerns and implement solutions.
