Job summary

Marvin in Dalton, GA is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead daily loading dock operations and ensure products move safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You will coach associates, drive process improvements, and coordinate with internal and external partners to meet production and service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of related supervisory experience or training.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
• Experience with ICIM and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily loading dock operations, ensuring trucks are loaded/unloaded safely, completely, and on schedule.
• Provide direction, coaching, and development opportunities for associates.
• Prioritize work, make timely operational decisions, and address productivity or safety challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records, including audits and performance reviews.
• Coordinate product flow with internal and external stakeholders and investigate quality concerns to prevent issues.
