Job summary

Friendship Community Care in Bryant, AR is seeking a Direct Support Professional to support clients with daily living skills and community activities on Saturdays and Sundays, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM. You will assist with transportation, documentation, and participation in the Plan of Care.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; experience with developmentally disabled individuals is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Two+ years experience with developmentally disabled individuals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with basic living skills and daily tasks.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments; requires a valid Arkansas driver’s license.
• Document client progress and required forms daily per FCC guidelines.
• Maintain consumer records and Medicaid-related documentation.
• Assist in Plan of Care and medication management as needed.
• Organize recreational activities and ensure a safe home and community environment.
