Job summary

HELP Foundation is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate care in residential facilities. You will assist with daily living activities, health-related services, and documentation to support individuals with developmental disabilities.

Roles include flexible part-time shifts, training provided, and opportunities for certifications. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare, PTO, 401(k), and a referral bonus program to recognize excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of care-related experience preferred.
• Must maintain current Med Pass and CPR/First Aid Certification; training available onsite.
• Ability to pass a background check including BCI and FBI history.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living skills and health-related services including medications and vitals.
• Assist with personal care, grooming, and basic hygiene.
• Document all services accurately and maintain records.
• Transport individuals to community locations as needed.
• Participate in activities and household chores to support the program.
• Follow ISP/Behavior Support Plans and HPC documentation.
