Job summary

Richcroft, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Baltimore County/Sherington to provide hands-on care for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role includes weekends, 9am–11pm, and shift differential to reach $23/hr.

You will assist with daily activities, community participation, and personal care while maintaining documentation and safety. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Current driver’s license with less than 3 points.
• Must be able to transport people supported as needed.
• Some lifting and transferring may be required.
• Must have at least 2 years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with participation and exploration of the community.
• Cultivate independent living skills.
• Provide assistance with personal hygiene, activities, outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.
• Assist with development of meaningful personal relationships.
• Complete required documentation (incident reports, progress notes, etc.).
• Administer and record medications per state and agency requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
