Richcroft, Inc. is seeking a Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Baltimore County/Breezewick.

This full-time role requires Saturday and Sunday 8am–11pm shifts, with a base rate of $22/hr plus a $1/hr weekend differential. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, community participation, chores, meal preparation, transportation, and documenting progress.
