Job summary

CRi - Community Residences, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for weekend shifts in Northern Virginia. This role focuses on helping adults with disabilities live meaningful, independent lives in our community-based programs.

You will support daily living activities, assist with community engagement, document care, and collaborate with a caring team. No experience is required — paid training is provided, and weekend hours come with a higher differential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to cook and manage household tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to show empathy and understand the needs of individuals with disabilities.
• Willingness to learn and participate in job-specific training and ongoing professional development.
• Basic computer skills for documentation, communication, and training purposes.
