Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board is hiring a Part-Time Direct Care Associate for the SEFP residential program in Hampton, VA. The role offers an every-other-weekend schedule (Sat/Sun, 8:00 am–4:00 pm) with a base hourly pay of $20.44 and a weekend/differential of $2.50 per hour for applicable shifts.

Qualifications

• One year of direct care experience working with adults and/or families.
• CNA a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care, supervision, and support to women in a residential treatment setting.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for residents and their infants.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, household routines, and infant care as needed.
• Monitor resident activities and respond appropriately to safety concerns.
• Encourage positive behaviors, healthy routines, and recovery-focused goals.
• Complete accurate documentation of resident observations, activities, and incidents.
• Communicate important information to supervisors and other team members.
• Work collaboratively with program staff to support the well-being of residents and their infants.
