Job summary

Oakmont Senior Living is seeking a Server for Fri–Sun shifts (6am–1:30pm) in Simi Valley. The role focuses on friendly, courteous dining service in a senior living environment, with duties including taking orders, entering them into a POS, and maintaining a safe, clean dining area.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• Strong customer service skills and a caring attitude toward seniors.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Set up and bus tables as needed.
• Maintain proper serving etiquette and safety standards.
• Support teamwork across departments to enhance resident experience.
