Job summary

Oakmont Senior Living is seeking servers for our senior living community. The role supports residents and families with friendly dining service, takes accurate food and beverage orders at the POS, and maintains clean table setup while upholding safety and service standards.

Full-time and part-time positions are available with morning and evening shifts. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities within Oakmont Management Group’s senior living communities.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (TB/physical).
• May be required to vaccinate and follow PPE and health safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take orders accurately and enter into POS system.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Adhere to proper serving techniques and etiquette.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperation with staff and other departments.
