Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service mindset and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to take orders accurately and enter them into POS.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays and adhere to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors professionally and courteously.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter into POS.
• Set up and break down bus tables between courses.
• Follow proper serving techniques and etiquette at all times.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and residents.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperate with other departments.
