Job summary

Ivy Park at Mission Viejo, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a friendly Server to deliver five-star dining experiences. You will serve residents and visitors, take orders, and maintain a clean, safe dining area with attention to service etiquette.

We offer training if needed and value teamwork with other departments, supporting residents’ independence and well-being in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and provide care.
• Effective written and verbal communication with staff, physicians, residents and families.
• Pass criminal background and health screening tests.
• Vaccination and PPE requirements per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, families, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take orders accurately and enter into the POS system.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Follow proper serving etiquette (e.g. serving from left, clearing dishes).
• Maintain a safe environment following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
