Arrow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Server in Lee's Summit, MO. The role involves greeting residents, maintaining a welcoming dining environment, assisting with meal service, and supporting a clean, organized dining room. The position emphasizes teamwork, energy, and resident-focused service.

Responsibilities include hosting, prep tasks, bussing, and observing residents' dietary needs, with opportunities for growth and benefits in a team-focused, home-like setting.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Be a Host with the Most: greet residents, make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster connection.
• Be a Peppy Prepper: prepare tables, salads for service, and roll silverware for the next meal.
• Be a Titan of Tidiness: bussing tables, sweeping floors, and maintaining a clean community.
• Be an “Appetite Anthropologist”: communicate dietary changes to supervisors when concerns arise, including resident absences from meals.
