Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and visitors.
• Manage access control, including issuing and terminating access badges.
• Provide parking validations and monitor visitor check-in/out procedures.
• Assist the property access during special events and deliveries.
• Maintain and organize front desk supplies and documentation.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Monitor security systems including cameras, alarms, and specialized software.
• Observe and report incidents accurately and promptly.
• Facilitate emergency notifications and response procedures.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports using digital tools.
• Perform additional property-specific duties as assigned.
