Job summary

United Protective Services is a security provider actively seeking reliable, positive individuals for growth in security careers. This part-time, first-shift role offers training, support, and opportunities to succeed.

You will greet guests and tenants in an assigned lobby, assist with access, and conduct patrols using our electronic tracking system while maintaining a calm, customer-focused presence. Weekend shifts and a pay rate of $20.00 per hour are included.

Job Skills / Requirements

Pay: 20.00

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am - 7pm

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Officer will be greeting guests and tenants in an assigned lobby.
• Officer will be the first point of contact for guests and tenants to help give directions to different parts of the building.
• Officer will help tenants and guests with any requests for access
• Officer will conduct patrols utilizing our electronic tracking system
• Officer will report any issues found using the maintenance/security portal
• Understand how to create a great customer service experience.
• Have a focus on quality and take pride in your work.
• Being open to learning new things.
• Can keep cool and calm in a fast-paced, energetic work environment.
• Can maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Have excellent communications skills.
