Job summary

adidas in Spartanburg, SC seeks a senior Distribution Center leader on the Weekend (R) shift (Fri–Sun, 7:00am–7:30pm). You will manage DC operations, drive Lean initiatives, and lead a management team to meet safety, quality, and service targets across NAM DC Operations.

Collaboration with senior leadership and 3rd-party providers is required. This role emphasizes cross-functional process improvements, cost control, and ensuring accurate inventory and reporting using SAP and WMS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master's a plus.
• Minimum five years in Manufacturing/Distribution Center ops and leadership of complex facilities.
• Experience leading process improvement projects in a high-volume DC environment.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage DC operations area and achieve balanced scorecard metrics (safety, quality, service, cost, cash, people).
• Foster engagement and bias for action at all levels of the organization.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve customer service and compliance to expectations.
• Represent adidas and direct 3rd party labor/services.
• Hire, train, and manage DC management team and associates.
• Develop standard documentation and training/qualification to skill matrices.
• Report operational metrics and participate in budgeting.
• Manage inventory transactions using SAP, Excel queries, and WMS reporting.
