Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warm energy and make them feel like regulars from day one.
• Describe menu items, make recommendations, and answer questions to convert first-time guests into regulars.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, noting dietary needs and special requests.
• Deliver orders promptly, check in with guests during meals, and ensure satisfaction.
• Pre-bus and reset tables quickly to maintain dining room rhythm during peak service.
• Process payments accurately and send guests off with a memorable exit.
• Coordinate with kitchen, hosts, bussers, and teammates to maintain teamwork.
• Keep your section clean and presentation-ready at all times.
