Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders accurately, noting dietary needs and special requests.
• Deliver orders promptly, check in with guests during meals, and ensure satisfaction.
• Pre-bus and reset tables quickly to maintain dining room rhythm during peak service.
• Process payments accurately and send guests off with a memorable exit.
• Coordinate with kitchen, hosts, bussers, and teammates to maintain teamwork.
• Keep your section clean and presentation-ready at all times.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome every guest with authentic energy and a friendly presence that makes them feel like a regular from day one.
• Walk guests through our featured and core offerings, make confident recommendations, and answer questions in a way that turns first-timers into regulars.
• Take food and beverage orders with accuracy, capturing dietary needs and special requests clearly so the kitchen has everything it needs.
• Bring out dishes and drinks efficiently, check in during the meal, and make sure every guest leaves satisfied.
• Pre-buss and reset tables quickly to maintain rhythm in the dining room during peak service.
• Process payments accurately, and send every guest off with the kind of send-off that brings them back.
• Stay in sync with kitchen staff, hosts, bussers, and fellow servers, great service is a team sport.
• Keep your section clean, organized, and presentation-ready at all times.
