Anna's House in Michigan is seeking enthusiastic Servers to join our front-of-house team. This daytime, breakfast- and lunch-focused restaurant values warm welcomes and genuine guest connections.

You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience with a collaborative team. Previous server experience is preferred, and a positive, energetic attitude is essential.

What You'll Do:

• Be a Guest Ambassador: Greet every guest with a genuine smile and a welcoming attitude, making them feel right at home from the moment they walk in.
• Guide & Delight: Present our delicious main and feature menus, offering thoughtful recommendations and answering questions with expertise. You'll help guests discover their new favorite dishes!
• Take Orders with Precision: Accurately take food and drink orders, ensuring all dietary restrictions and special requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen.
• Deliver Excellence: Serve food and beverages promptly and gracefully, checking in with guests to ensure their satisfaction throughout their meal.
• Master the Flow: Manage your tables efficiently, pre-bussing and resetting tables swiftly to maintain a smooth dining room flow.
• Handle Transactions: Process payments accurately and efficiently, thanking guests warmly for their visit.
• Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen team, host staff, bussers, and fellow servers to ensure a harmonious and efficient service.
• Uphold Our Standards: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, upholding Anna's House's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

What You Bring:

• Service Passion: A genuine love for hospitality and a desire to provide outstanding customer service.
