Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide quality care for residents in Moon Township, PA on weekends, day shift. You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, and social programs, while supporting the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed an approved personal care aide program as applicable by state regulations.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work with all levels of personnel.
• Must be a contributing member of the nursing team and follow supervisor instructions.
• Must be polite and considerate of residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping in resident rooms, common areas, and dining room.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergency alerts.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
