Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness and order of office buildings and common areas. The role requires performing routine cleaning tasks across lobbies, restrooms, and entrances, with emphasis on attention to detail and dependable attendance.

The position supports building operations during standard Monday–Friday shifts from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors daily.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice daily
• Inspect exterior areas and pick up trash
• Clean ashtrays and sand urns on every floor
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles
• Check restrooms twice daily
• Vacuum lobby and sweep entrances
• Dust mop lobby floors twice daily
• Polish elevator cab railings and doors
• Assist building Engineer daily as needed
