CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness and order of common areas in office buildings and other facilities in the San Bernardino, CA area. The role features weekend work with a 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule.

Responsibilities include door and lobby polishing, vacuuming, restroom checks, trash removal, and reporting issues to management. Successful Livescan and background checks are required to proceed.

Formación

• Successful completion of a Livescan and Background check.

Responsabilidades

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors
• Polish chrome on lobby doors
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls and tops
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash
• Clean ashtrays and sand urns on every floor
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles
• Check restrooms twice daily
• Vacuum lobby daily
• Sweep stairwells and landings as needed
• Remove all debris from landscaped areas as needed
• Sweep building entrances
• Clean and remove smudges and marks on walls and doors
• Report any lights out to Management Office
• Report any solicitors to Management Office
• Policing lobby to keep floors and planters free of debris
• Vacuum carpeted floors
• Dust mop lobby floors twice daily
• Polish elevator cab railings and doors
• Assist building Engineer daily as needed
