Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate to support inventory control and shipping/receiving for our data center operations.

You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, maintain precise records, and help ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. The role involves assembling server racks, handling equipment safely, and collaborating with procurement and technical support to meet logistics needs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software, as well as proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record all incoming inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and prepare shipping documents.
• Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized, assist with disposal of packaging materials.
• Compliance and Safety: Follow safety protocols and contribute to secure work environment.
• Support and Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to fulfill inventory and logistics needs.
• Assembly: Assist in setup/installation of server racks and cable management.
