Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Data Center Logistics Associate to support inventory management, shipping/receiving, and rack assembly in a fast-paced data center environment. You will maintain records, coordinate shipments, and keep work areas safe and organized.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of logistics experience, basic Excel skills, and the ability to lift and move heavy items. This is a full-time, on-site role with potential overtime and a focus on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Familiarity with lifting techniques and material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming inventory and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule inbound/outbound shipments.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas including docks and storage spaces.
• Adhere to safety protocols and security measures for data center operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to fulfill inventory and logistics needs.
• Assist in assembly/setup of server racks and cable management as directed.
