Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate in Cedar Rapids to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain a clean workspace. You will support daily operations to ensure accurate records and efficient flow of materials.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will follow safety procedures and assist with server rack assembly and cable management while contributing to a secure, well-organized data center environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software; proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word.
• Basic math skills and ability to read/s interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to lift and move heavy material and operate material handling equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming inventory accurately.
• Maintain inventory records and documentation for items received and shipped.
• Perform stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with suppliers and carriers; prepare shipping documents.
• Set up and install server racks and assist senior techs with cable management.
