GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate to manage inventory, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and maintain a clean, safe work environment within a data center setting.

You will support assembly and installation of server racks, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure accurate records and documentation. The role requires basic math, familiarity with inventory systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic office software.
• Ability to lift and move heavy material up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and record accurate inventory for racks, networking equipment, and hardware.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with suppliers and carriers; prepare shipping docs.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; assist with packaging and disposal as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company security measures across data center operations.
• Collaborate with data center ops, procurement, and support teams to meet logistics needs.
• Assist in assembly and installation of server racks under guidance.
