Job summary

Nu3S is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager (Intern) for Jamaica, Queens, NY. This part-time role offers 16 hours per weekend with a starting compensation of $18/hr plus Nu3S employee discounts on food, beverages, and services.

You will welcome customers, engage them about their Nu3S experience, and help create social media content. You will capture testimonials and photos, promote memberships, and contribute to a lively environment during weekends and events, while gathering feedback for

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic, and outgoing with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable recording videos and taking photos with a smartphone.
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social platforms.
• Organized, dependable, and punctual.
• College students in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or related fields encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Engage customers in conversations about their Nu3S experience.
• Encourage customers to leave honest Google reviews using the Nu3S QR code.
• Capture short customer testimonial videos (30–60 seconds) with consent.
• Take high-quality photos and videos of customers enjoying the Nu3S experience.
• Help create engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Highlight Nu3S offerings including the Brushless Laser Car wash, Premium Café, EV charging, and auto care services.
• Promote memberships, loyalty programs, and upcoming events.
• Assist in creating a vibrant atmosphere during weekends and special events.
• Collect customer feedback and share improvement ideas with management.
• Ensure all interactions are friendly, professional, and authentic.
