Qualifications

• Requires Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology.
• CT technology certificate program preferred.
• Maryland licensure and/or ARRT certification required or preferred depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Run CT scans and fulfill physicians' scan requests.
• Educate and prepare patients for examinations.
• Take the patient's medical history before an exam.
• Ensure safety, and comfort of patients during procedures.
• Send images to radiologist for interpretation/reading.
• Clean and disinfect patient rooms.

Education

Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology

CT technology certificate program (preferred)

Maryland licensure and/or ARRT certification
