Job summary

System Support seeks a CT Technologist for MVH's CT Scan unit. The role performs CT procedures, administers contrast, and ensures patient safety on a Fri-Sun schedule (6a–6:30p) with potential on-call responsibilities.

Under licensed supervision, you will coordinate patient flow, maintain records, assist radiologists, and educate patients about the exam while upholding radiation safety and QC practices.

Qualifications

• Performs CT procedures of diagnostic quality as ordered by the referring physician and/or radiologist.
• Obtains clinical history for correlation with the CT procedure.
• Implements screening and safety measures and performs QC.
• Prepares and administers contrast media following policy.
• Assists Radiologist in special procedures and emergencies.
• Coordinates patient care to optimize time and satisfaction.
• Maintains records and verifies physician orders; performs clerical duties as needed.
