Job summary

Jefferson Health at Einstein Philadelphia is seeking a CT Technologist for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun 8p-8a). The role includes explaining procedures, preparing patients, and acquiring diagnostic CT images under Radiologist supervision.

This position offers an incentive of $10/hr for weekend shifts and comprehensive benefits. ARRT certification and 1–3 months of training/experience are required; RIS system experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 months experience and/or training required.
• Satisfactory formal training in an approved program.
• ARRT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Explains radiographic procedure to the patient and collects accurate patient history.
• Performs clinical diagnostic examinations including any necessary room preparation.
• Properly enters patient and exam data into the Radiology Information System.
• Under the Radiologist, operates CT equipment to produce CT images for diagnostic/interventional procedures.
