Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans seeks a CT Technologist to explain procedures, prep patients, and perform exams under radiologist supervision. You will enter data into the RIS and operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic images for interventional procedures.

Required ARRT certification and formal radiology training, with shifts that include days, evenings, and weekends. Comprehensive benefits and ongoing training accompany a full-time role.

Qualifications

• 1-3 months experience and/or training required.
• Satisfactory formal training in an approved program.
• ARRT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Explains radiographic procedure to the patient and collects accurate patient history.
• Performs clinical diagnostic examinations including any necessary room preparation.
• Properly enters patient and exam data into the Radiology Information System.
• Under the direction of the Radiologist, operates CT equipment to produce CT images.
