Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Indianapolis is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support members at our club. You will answer phones, greet members, sign up new members and help maintain a welcoming environment.

Starting pay is $12 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, at one year, and every six months thereafter based on your anniversary date. Weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 6:45 AM to 11:45 AM and a focus on friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Part-time role with starting pay at $12 per hour.
• Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays 6:45 AM – 11:45 AM.
• Hourly increases at 180 days, at 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year based on anniversary date.
• Provide frontline customer service for gym members.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
