Job summary

RHA Health Services is hiring a Facility Based Crisis Nurse (RN) for part-time weekends with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. The role focuses on crisis assessment, behavioral health treatment, and timely response to emergencies in a supportive environment.

Ideal candidates have an Associate Degree in Nursing, nursing licensure, and preferred experience in behavioral health. Valid driver’s license is required, with company-provided training and potential advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing with at least an Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Prefer one year of nursing experience and behavioral health nursing experience.
• Valid driver's license with vehicle insurance coverage is required.
• Maintain proficiency in required trainings and privileging as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor clients, respond to crises, and participate in behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment.
• Comply with controlled substances policy and maintain accurate inventories and logs.
• Monitor for side effects and adverse medication reactions and take appropriate action.
• Complete QA activities and participate in QA processes.
• Communicate effectively with the team.
