Pennant Group is seeking a Cook for our senior living community to provide timely, friendly service to residents and staff. You will read and follow recipes, prepare meals, and ensure sanitation and high quality presentation.

This role involves ordering, receiving, and rotating stock in collaboration with the Food Service Director. The position runs Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 AM to 6 PM, and requires a year of cooking experience with short order capabilities and Serv-Safe certification

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of cooking experience, including short order cooking.
• Serv-Safe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Reads and follows recipes to ensure consistency of the product.
• Prepares and serves breakfast, lunch or dinner as assigned.
• Orders, receives, and rotates stock with the Food Service Director.
• Maintains sanitation and safety procedures and high quality food presentation.
• Assists with meeting resident dining expectations and works with staff.
