Job summary

Per Mar Security Services in Madison, WI seeks a Weekend PT Concierge/Security to blend hospitality with vigilance at a premier downtown high-rise. The role includes welcoming residents, guiding guests, and delivering tailored recommendations while maintaining safety and a welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate will have hospitality and security experience, pass a Wisconsin security license check, and complete background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Present a mature, professional appearance.
• Extensive knowledge of downtown Madison’s entertainment, dining, transportation, parking, parks, and recreation activities.
• Extensive and consistent employment in hospitality and or security.
• Must be eligible to obtain a State of Wisconsin Security Officer License.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen at the time of hire and throughout employment.
• Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, email, etc.
• Must be able to walk, sit, and or stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome tenants and guests, respond to inquiries with professionalism and warmth
• Assist with tailored recommendations for local dining, entertainment, and attractions
• Assist with guest requests such as gift deliveries, restaurant bookings, and more
• Support administrative functions, including mail and package management
• Provide information to prospective tenants regarding leasing options and amenities
• Assist tenants in a courteous, discreet, and attentive manner at all times, regardless of outside influences or situation
