Job summary

Per Mar Security Services in Madison is seeking Concierge and Security staff to blend hospitality with vigilant security, delivering warm, professional service to residents and guests of a premier downtown high-rise.

Ideal candidates are mature professionals with knowledge of Madison's nightlife and amenities, able to pass background checks and Wisconsin security licensing, and proficient with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Present a mature, professional appearance.
• Extensive knowledge of downtown Madison’s entertainment, dining, transportation, parking, parks, and recreation.
• Extensive and consistent employment in hospitality and or security.
• Must be eligible to obtain a State of Wisconsin Security Officer License.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen at time of hire and throughout employment.
• Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, email, etc.
• Must be able to walk, sit, and/or stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome tenants and guests, respond to inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
• Assist with tailored recommendations for local dining, entertainment, and attractions.
• Assist with guest requests such as gift deliveries, restaurant bookings, and more.
• Support administrative functions, including mail and package management.
• Provide information to prospective tenants regarding leasing options and amenities.
• Assist tenants in a courteous, discreet, and attentive manner at all times.
