Job summary

Per Mar Security Services seeks motivated individuals to join Madison’s premier downtown luxury high-rise security team. This role blends hospitality excellence with vigilant security, serving as the first point of contact for residents and guests in Madison’s newest luxury high-rise.

Responsibilities include monitoring lobbies, access control, and alarms, while delivering exceptional service. The position offers weekends-only 3rd shift with on-site underground parking for staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Present a mature, professional appearance.
• Extensive knowledge of downtown Madison’s entertainment, dining, transportation, parking, parks and recreation activities.
• Extensive and consistent employment in hospitality and or security.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Must be eligible to obtain a State of Wisconsin Security Officer License.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen at time of hire and throughout employment.
• Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, email, etc.
• Must be able to walk, sit and or stand for 8 hours.

• Monitor access control, fire and building environmental systems.
• Respond and address alarms or disturbances.
• Provide detailed accurate documentation of activity in and around the building.
• Demonstrate high ethical standards, discretion and professionalism at all times.

About the Role:

The ideal candidates will be mature professionals with a wealth of knowledge of Madison’s exciting downtown lifestyle along with expertise in both hospitality and security operations. Concierge and Security staff provide personalized assistance and serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests at Madison’s newest luxury high rise.

FREE onsite underground parking for all staff.

Primary Responsibilities Security Operations 3rd Shift (weekends only) $24.00 per hour
