Job summary

Three Pillars Senior Living Communities in Dousman, WI is seeking a Weekend Concierge to welcome residents, families, guests, and coworkers. You will greet visitors, manage sign-in, answer questions, and assist with deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays on a part-time schedule.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal skills. Some experience in reception or hospitality is preferred, with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general PC use.
• 2-3 years of experience in reception, hospitality, or senior living preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to walk throughout the building daily as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to engage with residents, families, and visitors.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, manage sign-in, provide directions, answer questions, and handle resident deliveries.
• Support residents with programs, outings, reminders, and day-to-day non-care needs.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff via phone and Microsoft Outlook, and provide administrative support including lobby displays, shared files, and guest reservations.
• Assist with light housekeeping in common areas.
