Job summary

Transforming Age Associates, LLC is seeking a part-time on-call Concierge at Skyline in Seattle. The role focuses on front desk duties, resident assistance, and delivering high-quality customer service on weekends. The position pays $21–$23 per hour DOE and requires a welcoming, reliable presence.

The successful candidate will greet residents, take calls, schedule meetings, and perform general administrative tasks while maintaining a positive, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience.
• At least one year of previous concierge or similar experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat/Reader.
• Pre-employment screenings, including background check and drug screening, may apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, staff, and visitors at the front desk.
• Answer calls, schedule meetings and appointments, and manage front desk duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and team members.
• Handle mail/packages, restock supplies, and manage general office tasks.
