Job summary

Transforming Age Associates, LLC is seeking a part-time on-call Concierge at Skyline in Seattle. The role focuses on front desk duties, resident assistance, and delivering high-quality customer service on weekends. The position pays $21–$23 per hour DOE and requires a welcoming, reliable presence.

The successful candidate will greet residents, take calls, schedule meetings, and perform general administrative tasks while maintaining a positive, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience.
• At least one year of previous concierge or similar experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat/Reader.
• Pre-employment screenings, including background check and drug screening, may apply.

We have an amazing opportunity for a Skyline - Concierge (Part-Time / On-Call) to join our team! The pay for this role is $21 - $23 per hour DOE.

The shift for this role is Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30am - 8:00pm. Do you have a passion for people, and are looking for a reliable, enjoyable time role where you will be valued? If so, we can’t wait to talk with you!

Our Receptionist/Concierge:

• Assists with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public
• Takes calls, schedule meetings and appointments, and other front desk duties as assigned
• Provides exceptional customer service to our team
• Performs general administrative tasks (taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes.
• Distributes packages, mail, and other deliveries.
• Maintains office supplies, order new inventory as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

• A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience
• At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader
• Current first aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Completion of background check and drug screening.
• Pre-employment screenings may include Physical, TB Test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
